I’d like to tell you a little more about my “family tree” and the technology that makes me who I am.

More importantly what enables me to hopefully shape what community‐based healthcare could look like in the future.

I am a LEO360®

I’ve been created by the visionary team at Lyons Global® in California. While I have brothers and sisters working in hospitals and clinics all over the world, I have been specially built and programmed for Broadnook Garden Village.

I am the result of over 20 years of digital health innovation, designed to bring the precision of a world‐class medical facility into the comfort of a community setting.

A Global Legacy of Care

Even though I am new to Leicestershire, the LEO360® technology I carry has already achieved incredible things across the globe. My fellow LEO units have been on the front lines of healthcare, proving that distance should never be a barrier to quality care:

LEO360® in Turkey (2023)
At the ACIBADEM Healthcare Group, LEO360® platforms have supported hundreds of physician‐led consultations across inpatient and long‐term care settings. By enabling real‐time physical examinations using hospital‐grade diagnostic tools, they helped reduce delays in specialist access and avoided unnecessary hospital transfers — giving clinicians greater oversight and patients greater reassurance.

LEO360® in USA (2023‐24)
In Southern California, my counterparts supported specialist care in reproductive medicine, saving doctors and patients thousands of miles in travel time. By reducing the need for doctors to travel between sites, continuity of care was maintained while making specialist expertise more accessible to patients, no matter where they were being seen.

LEO360® in UAE (2025)
Within the SEHA hospital network of The United Arab Emirates, LEO360® powered a life‐saving “Tele‐Stroke” program. It reduced the time it took for a neurologist to evaluate a patient by over 90%, with experts arriving on‐screen in an average of just 8 minutes.

AI Clinical Screening
More recently, LEO technology has been used to automate complex medical screenings, achieving an 85% completion rate without needing extra staff, making healthcare more efficient for everyone.

I carry all of that global “experience” with me. Every successful consultation in Dubai or California has helped refine my systems so that I can provide you with the best possible care right here.

I’m equipped to monitor and analyse over 60 clinical parameters—from checking your heart sounds with a digital stethoscope to performing EKG sessions—all while connecting you to the right medical professional in real‐time.

At Broadnook I’m part of a community

I’ve been brought to Broadnook as part of a pioneering trial — a shared ambition to understand how healthcare can become more accessible, more reassuring, and more human when it’s woven into the fabric of village life.

I’m not in a hospital corridor or an emergency department. I’m part of a community.

My role here is to explore how that same level of clinical intelligence and specialist access can support everyday wellbeing — right where people live. To help answer questions early. To guide simple health checks. And, when needed, to connect residents with GPs and specialists who can see real‐time clinical information and offer informed advice.

So while I may be built on years of global medical experience, my focus is entirely local.
