Engagement & Exploration — Medical & Healthcare Community
The arrival of the LEO360® marked the start of an early-stage pilot to explore how mobile, immersive environments could support healthcare delivery in community settings. Through informal, in-person engagement with local clinicians and leaders, the project team gathered honest feedback and began shaping future use around real-world needs.
The LEO360® Medical AI Robot arrives in the UK
On 10 November 2025, the LEO360® arrived at Davidsons Homes HQ, launching the first stage of the pilot: Engagement & Exploration. This stage focused on introducing the fully operational LEO360® to key audiences — starting with the medical and healthcare community.
The project team deliberately reached out to clinicians, healthcare leaders and system partners across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, inviting them to experience the LEO360® in person and meet with Bita and the wider project team. The sessions were intentionally informal and conversational, designed to create space for open discussion rather than formal presentations or predefined use cases.
The purpose was simple: demonstrate the capabilities of the LEO360®, listen to those delivering care on the ground, and gather early, honest feedback. The reactions were practical, curious and forward-looking — with clinicians quickly exploring how a unit like this could support screening, outreach and engagement in community settings.
These early sessions weren’t about final solutions. They were about starting a conversation — planting the seed for how the LEO360® could possibly support more accessible, community-based healthcare, shaped by the insight of the people who deliver care every day.
Here’s the list of those who engaged with the project

“It’s genuinely encouraging to see developers recognising that health and wellbeing are central to building thriving communities. Providing residents with access to health screening opportunities as they settle into a new area reflects a proactive approach to prevention and personal wellbeing. It’s important to recognise that private health initiatives and NHS services operate within clearly defined digital and clinical governance frameworks, and maintaining those boundaries ensures clarity and safety for patients. When initiatives complement — rather than duplicate — existing local services, they can play a positive role in encouraging residents to engage early with their health and wellbeing.”
