Introducing Leo to the Davidsons Team

At Davidsons’ annual conference, Leo Broadnook and the LEO360® were introduced to employees for the first time, alongside the launch of staff health screening. The moment connected innovation with wellbeing, showing how new technology could support the business’s people while shaping future community-focused healthcare initiatives.

Davidsons Annual Conference 2026: Reflecting, Recognising and Looking Ahead

On 15 January 2026, Davidsons Homes brought over 270 colleagues together at King Power Stadium for its annual employee conference — a key moment in the business calendar to reflect on the year just gone, celebrate success, and set direction for the year ahead.

The conference provided an opportunity to take stock of performance across the organisation, recognise individuals and teams who had gone above and beyond through a series of performance-based awards, and share plans for the future. This included updates on new developments coming forward, changes to compliance and regulation, evolving ways of working, and the broader strategic vision for the business.

This year’s event also marked a significant moment of innovation for Davidsons, with the introduction of Leo Broadnook — home of the LEO360®, an AI-powered, physician-controlled telemedicine robotic platform designed to enhance remote healthcare delivery. The conference was used as the platform to launch the Leo Broadnook brand and website, helping to explain why a housebuilder is investing in healthcare technology and how this aligns with Davidsons’ longer-term vision around communities, wellbeing and social impact.

Alongside the launch, Davidsons announced the rollout of employee health screening facilitated by the LEO360®. This served two clear purposes. First, to invest in the health and wellbeing of the company’s most important asset — its people. Second, to familiarise colleagues across the business with the LEO360® first-hand, allowing them to see, experience and understand the technology in practice rather than as a distant concept.

By introducing the LEO360® in this setting, Davidsons connected innovation directly to its people and culture. The conference became more than a retrospective and planning event; it marked the beginning of a wider journey into how technology, community and healthcare could intersect with the built environment — setting the tone for how Davidsons intends to think differently about the places it creates and the people who live and work within them.
