Davidsons Awards Presentation & Charity Evening: Celebrating Partners and Supporting Healthcare Innovation

On 30 January 2026, Davidsons Homes hosted its sold-out Awards Presentation and Charity Evening at Athena Leicester, bringing together partners, suppliers and stakeholders to celebrate success across the supply chain and raise funds for a local cause.

The evening raised an impressive £58,000 through table sponsorships and the ever-popular raffle. In addition, the David Wilson Foundation once again committed to contributing to this year’s chosen charity, the Glenfield Cardiology Unit. This latest contribution takes Davidsons even further beyond the milestone reached last year, having surpassed half a million pounds raised since the first charity event in 2018 — a powerful reflection of the collective commitment across the business and its supply chain to giving back.

Alongside the supplier awards and fundraising, the evening also provided a platform to introduce Leo Broadnook and the LEO360® to a wider audience. James Wilson spoke about the investment in the AI-powered, physician-controlled telemedicine robotic platform, explaining why Davidsons has chosen to back healthcare innovation and how this aligns with the company’s values around people, wellbeing and community impact.

A life-size model of the LEO360® was present on stage throughout the evening, acting as a focal point for conversation and curiosity. A short film was also shown, illustrating the employee health screening taking place at Wilson House and offering a glimpse into how this approach could be extended to contractors working at Broadnook in the near future. By introducing Leo in this setting, Davidsons connected innovation with its wider ecosystem of partners and suppliers — reinforcing that the LEO360® is not just a piece of technology, but part of a broader commitment to wellbeing, community benefit and thinking differently about how health can be supported beyond traditional settings.
